Who counts the numbers of people who show up to these organized protests? When do they count how many protesters showed up? And who are “they?” Who’s counting the number of protesters? Will I be counted if I can only be there from 11-noon?
According to sociopolitical statistics they say if twice as many people attend this protest as did the last one, we will have 3% of the nation’s population present which will begin to affect noticeable changes that we desire.
I work literally right next door to where one of the protests is being held which is awesome, so my conscience demands I contribute my presence.
