Im on the fedi doin fedi things.

People are using ebikes q bit more right now. If it gets to 6-7 a gallon we will see more drastic changes.
A month ago it was 3-4 to give some perspective.

Im seeing more ads getting through ublock origin.

I didnt know there was more to it than the intro.

https://github.com/GeopJr/Tuba - Mastodon client. Works really well on my Linux box.
That sucks…

It was a killer song.

All I remember is the intro song.

Nice, those are the fun ones.
I wish people were kinder at times.

In my local city, people die every year getting ran over on a bike. I knew a dr who didnt make it.
I got close-lined off my bike once around 2017. Its part of the gang initiation to send someone to the hospital. I have a dent in my nose because of it.
Its MUCH more dangerous in my area than most places though.

I remember the last time gas prices went through the roof.
I was riding my bike with my wife, going to the goshery store. A guy yelled out of his truck. I was like here we go…(im used to harassment on bikes). He said “Yeah! Stick it to em!”
We were just poor at the time, but it made our day haha.
oh neat! Thanks! I hope it goes far.
Ive played around with it. Its VERY hard to set up…but it actually does what it says better than other platforms in the lora space.
Also its not being updated anymore unfortunately. Its a monumental achievement for any one person to make. Im hoping the community can take a look at some point. With HaLow coming together, it would be cool if we get integration at some point.

I wish i spent more time with my grandpa. He went to ww2 and didnt talk all that much about his experiences.

In smaller places, yes. It was the video game window.
In bigger places later on no. Bedroom is for sleeping.

Ah yes that title of the video is very…unique haha. I usually keep the titles to respect the video creators.
Thanks! I didnt really think of that.

I think you are correct. I thought it was interesting from a scientific standpoint. But in practice, I see this as useful for a very small subset of people.
But its interesting in that people are doing it. Ive seen this with a greenhouse once, where the compose + metal pipes like a refrigerator was keeping the greenhouse warm enough to keep the plants alive in the winter. Its a variation of the video above. A compose heater. https://www.farmshow.com/view_articles.php?a_id=1444 Apparently, they have been doing it for a couple of decades. And all it requires is some cleaning and a LOT of land. More than I thought. Because when composting, there are different temperatures that occur in the process as different things break down. Or so I was told.
Im not 100% sure why people are down-voting the video, but I find the subject fascinating.

It reminds me of this:

But yeah making the process of signing up and using the fediverse easier for users will go a long way. As much as I dont like bluesky, one thing they did right over Mastodon is making the sign up process dead easy for end users.
