It’s a planning thing. My company has sewed up power capacity contracts with the utility providers very early in the process. We have outstanding capacity contracts available for future build out commitments. It’s the folks late to the party that are starting projects without a plan and then failing.

The AI company I work for recently rolled it out. It works. We are getting alerts when we block the view of a monitored object or an unfamiliar face is in a secure location. Many thousands of cameras are monitored with minimal human oversight.

And use AI to actually monitor the thousand cameras. Ask me how I know.

Yes my life is astronomically better. I am not an anxious basket case like my mom. Nor an unmitigated narcissist like my father. My friends and family truly like me. I own my house in my own name along with my wife. I have no mortal enemies at all.

By what metrics? Savings? Mean annual income? Lifestyle? Peace of mind? Spousal trust? Family relationship quality and/or quantity? Leisure time? Mental and/or physical health? Respect of others? Number of mortal enemies?
