Just remember not to go overboard on the protein: Check your weight, age, and activity level to determine how much protein you should actually have (somewhere between 10% to 35% of your total calories). Too much or too little can have bad outcomes.

FYI- There’s a TC Android client and it’s pretty good. Interface is dated but function is more important than form in my opinion.

I’d probably say Steam or VLC player.

Start off slower, pace yourself, and also maybe supplement with something else that’s low impact like bicycling or swimming (both can be great cardio). Don’t forget to add strength training days and rest days too.
Eating right and getting adequate sleep is also going to help a lot.

They’re great! I still ride my bicycles too though.

No idea, but I never use them.

I started avoiding alcohol and soda, eating more plants, making food at home instead of fast food, sticking to a sleep schedule, limiting caffeine intake to 4 coffees a day, and most days I ride a bike instead of driving. Going on regular walks is also 10/10, would recommend, even if they’re short ones: Anything is better than nothing!
So far, I am pretty healthy, though my “good” cholesterol is a little high probably because I snack too much on stuff like almonds, walnuts, pistachios, etc.
The biggest easy thing to do for me was probably cutting out soda and alcohol: I lost like 20 lbs without changing much else.
A higher effort thing that also makes a big difference is learning to cook: It saves you money, can improve your nutrition, and is an important life skill you should learn anyways! You can’t out-exercise a bad diet, so you’re better off just eating right.

I still get bean facts all the time

The wildly over emotive characters, the saccharine sweet music, ridiculous plots that seem stupid rather than funny, just kind of the overall tone and style grate on my nerves.
Some stuff I like fine, but most of the stuff I’ve tried to watch seems terrible to mediocre.

I find most anime kinda cringe, but…
1 Vampire Hunter D
2 I thought it was very weird, but ended up mostly liking it.
3 Cowboy Bebop - it doesn’t meander too much, the music is solid, and it didn’t put me off.
4 Probably Eureka 7 - It just annoyed me the whole time. There’s probably worse out there but it’s the worst one I can remember.
I suppose I am, relatively speaking at least.

Nova Launcher has been cooked for years, uninstall it if you care about your privacy. Maybe even install Graphene!
Apply “I park like I’m a piece of shit” stickers liberally.

It depends on where I am: If it’s a funny post in a shitpost com/mag, then I upvote. If it’s a well reasoned argument made in good faith in a discussion, I upvote (even if I don’t necessarily agree with it). If they’re saying something factually incorrect, I downvote. If they’re posting shit that’s not germane to the subject, I downvote. Clearly arguing in bad faith? Downvote. Asshole? Believe it or not, straight to downvote.

Why wouldn’t I? It’s pretty fucking important! Why would you take exception to that? I also think it’s weird you assumed what conclusion I was jumping to.
Yes.
