“Everything I’ve done, I’ve done at the direction of the president and Stephen,” Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem told one source who relayed her comments to Axios.

Kristi Noem said that slain ICU nurse Alex Pretti wanted to “inflict maximum damage on individuals and to kill law enforcement.” Carlos Gonzalez/The Minnesota Star Tribune via Getty Images

Pretti, 37, was legally carrying a handgun when he was tackled by multiple federal agents, but video shows he did not brandish the weapon. Agents can be seen on video disarming Pretti before firing numerous shots into him while he was on the ground, killing him.

I suspect they were told that things needed a little stirring up, so someone a level up ordered that group of agents to murder someone in cold blood, that day. Prove me wrong.

Demanding someone prove a negative is a poor debate tool. This one looks unintentional, of course, but just know that no one can prove you wrong.

So, let’s assume stupid until we learn otherwise. Is that the 4th amendment or the 5th? Remember what Fonzie taught us about wrongs and rights.

Fair. How about this: People were killed and harmed in other ways by ICE/CBP, not just these two. There IS such a thing as the ‘chain of command’. The agents that performed the actions of killing, etc., without due process did so under orders from their commanders up the chain. File charges, arrest, investigate, and adjudicate. Are you cool with that Homie?
