Pretti, 37, was legally carrying a handgun when he was tackled by multiple federal agents, but video shows he did not brandish the weapon. Agents can be seen on video disarming Pretti before firing numerous shots into him while he was on the ground, killing him.
Fair. How about this: People were killed and harmed in other ways by ICE/CBP, not just these two. There IS such a thing as the ‘chain of command’. The agents that performed the actions of killing, etc., without due process did so under orders from their commanders up the chain. File charges, arrest, investigate, and adjudicate.
