Hard to say. I’m into lady bits and not man bits, this is from experience. I have no issue finding a man attractive physically or even emotionally but sexually it’s a meh. Over my life I’ve had friends and acquaintances and colleagues that are of any gender and orientation, I don’t really care much in other relationships. I’ve dated bisexual and tomboys and I like confident women and I really like confident intelligent women despite myself being mid on smarts or maybe that’s why.

It probably comes down to some basic chemistry and if they are interesting people. If they have lady bits and “just are” NB, it probably doesn’t matter much. If it is their entire personality that they are NB, then I probably just don’t get romantically or sexually interested in the first place.

An old account got banned on multiple completely unrelated subreddits because I was having a discussion with someone that self identified as a “responsible pitbull owner” and I asked them as part of the pitbull community to talk to irresponsible pitbull owners and make them responsible instead of defending them. Turns out the “responsible pitbull owner” was one of those mod hoarders on their alt account and went full pitbull when somebody dared to disagree with them. I filed a complaint to admins for mod abuse and obviously nothing happened.

And my current account has had multiple temporary bans for making fun of nazis. I mean, sure, I can take a temp ban for “inciting violence” when I remind the kids that every day is punch a nazi day. But these fragile little snowflakes can’t even take some basic banter and the mods fold immediately when the nazis start weeping. It’s funny and sad, isn’t it.

Russia did 150% not expect a war on their homeland but an annexation with some turbulence in the provinces, much like American warfare. When Ukraine started hitting targets in Russia it came as a complete shock to the Russian population that in turn began to sway support for the war.

The Middle East is at war with Israel that is the exception to most things sensible. War and expansion is the lifeblood of Israel or it will collapse. Then again, Israel too attempts to keep their plentiful warring in other nations and have got long relied on the iron dome and what manages to hit us excellent propaganda for the theocratic totalitarian government of theirs.

Idk about most of Africa. There are certainly African nations warring against each other but plenty are old internal tribal conflicts that have never been settled since they were machined during the colonization by Europe, not to mention the broken if not failed states that are in constant power struggle by war lords.

As I said, there are always exceptions, and I don’t think any of the above are representative for the absolute majority of countries that have experienced war and conflict in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.

My main gripe with mainstream Reddit now is the engagement baiting that people are falling for all the time. “What are you thoughts on [Controversial Topic]?” If there is a new exodus from Reddit coming, I really really really wish all the baiting to be left behind and moderators to remove it on the Fediverse.
