All hail the high seas

And really anthropic is making a very narrow claim:
Mystic is so good at finding bugs that it poses a danger to critical digital infrastructure.
That is not that outlandish a claim. The model is 10-15x more expensive more expensive to run than other flagship models, and if anthropic is being truthful (which is a big if, I’d like to see what they are finding), finding critical vulnerabilities like its nothing.
Makes total sense to stage the rollout privately first so critical infrastructure can be secured before these models are generally available to any attacker.
But I fucking hate their stupid marketing.

It was actually very well aligned

Have you read what they have to say? They make a fairly convincing argument.

Bro left the icelandic autocorrect on

Fuck heise

You are an idiot. This is quite exciting.
And outside coding its like modest productivity improvments is the best we’ve done in the 4 years we’ve had these models.
I just can’t see it not being a bubble

Integration is likely the main thing

You shouldn’t be using telegram

No they are not, 73.77% of their revenue is hardware. This would mean they are a hardware company.

What I do trust is the outcome of government requests. When they have the legal authority to force apple to hand over everything and they don’t have anything to hand over thats just about the only way you can trust someone.

Terrible bait

Linux for personal use can be undependable. I have a use case where I don’t mind configuring stuff, but once setup I need that shit to mf work every time all the time and it not working results in direct loss and depending on when potentially substantial loss. I say this as an avid linux user.

Awesome, but they should also give men the option to choose to ride with a man.

How does this work? Does a community not individual choose who they are federated with? You format your comment like there’s a central body controlling federation.

Yeah that’s crazy

The fucking politics oh my god, in every fucking community good lord. No way to filter it out either.

Track record and reputation
Yeah I’d argue time is actually the most expensive thing for a mars mission. And that’s going to require a hell of a lot of mission time nobody knows how to do yet. We get a head start on it now, getting a working lifter series in production and a functioning commercial lander and habitation scene and you’ll have a much better mars mission. I think the view of mars or bust asap asap comes from a lack of understanding of how big the technical leap is from doing a moon to doing a mars mission.
