If there is a jam you need to plan ahead to make room for emergency services. Although I thought that this the default? Who doesn’t move out of the way when there is an ambulance behind them?! The difference here is maybe that there is a standardized way to make room so everyone can comply. Between the first lane and second lane from the center of the road you create a path by moving diagonal to the side respectively. If everybody does it right then there is plenty of room. Servers get replaced that often because they are using too much energy for too little computing power compared to newer generations. If the module is already up there and functioning and energy is free then it’s a whole different thing.
