2·2 months agoThis is a great suggestion. I also like the DS9 Ops one that has very faint character dialogue in the background.
I’ll be 44 on Easter Sunday.
Lots of veggies. Lots of strength training, but nothing too complicated. Also, doing stuff with my kids like Little League and Cub Scouts keeps me moving.
