Yeah. If you disagree with me on tax and healthcare policy or whatever, I’m happy to share a platform with you. If you disagree with me on the human rights that should be afforded to immigrants, racial minorities, LGBT people, etc, I hope you get banned from the entire internet.

Oh yeah, the demographic that would favor ICE ads the most is definitely sports viewers and military propaganda shows (NCIS and such). I’m sure those ads are all over CBS prime time as well.

I don’t know if they still are now, but they were running a LOT of them a few months ago.

We know that the administration is willing to monitor social media to make problems for people who oppose the government, and I’ve seen a LOT of people posting potentially legally actionable things specifically relating to ICE’s presence on the platform. A bunch of easily identifiable people posting things that could be legally interpreted as threats to ICE makes the DOJ very happy.

Bluesky has been absolute shit to Palestinians for like six months now. Just outright banning people for being scammers without a shred of evidence for the claims. The Bluesky head of T&S is a complete piece of trash and has only ever doubled down on his crappy decisions.
