you mean porn and evidence?

I guess i butchered my complaint. I was thinking of migrating accounts or one account for all instances or something like that. Multiple signups are still a bitcannoying. Although it only matters for defederation corner cases and instances closing up.

Ok i butchered it.
I was thinking of federated accounts, not participating in posts across the fediverse.
when you want to migrate instances, its annoying to create the same account name again and again.

That we still can’t use a single account to comment and post outside of our home instance is the most frustrating part of the fediverse and the main contradiction to “you just need one sign up”.

as a CS grad and having worked in software for 10 yrs… this is just delusion.

well yes, I was arguing what HazardousBanjo said. I am on voyager. My initial comment to their parent comment is below yours and the comment from luthis, but not in reply to you.

because advocating against the current DNC establishment is a necessary step to take to stopping the rachet and pinion mechanism. As long as people like chuck schumer exist in the party you can’t be serious about change while advocating to “vote blue no matter who”

I suppose this is a convenient go to to keep the status quo for people who speak about doing good things but don’t want to rock the boat. When change through peaceful means becomes impossible then non-peaceful events start to take place, and there won’t be any order compared to planned and coordinated transition away from the awful systems in place. Would you like to live through that instead?
Also some random dude running a bodega is not an oligarchy but nobody said it was. Oligarchies exist and their destruction is necessary for actually competitive free markets so the random dude with a bodega is not driven out of business in the first place.

we used to do that fine before the conception of the word “corporation”

Why would you argue that we should stop doing our duties once we have cast our ballot and the candidate we support won?

but be very careful of labelling people puritanical. Everybody draws lines that when crossed make the other person untrustworthy. This should be encouraged for a healthy democracy.

Notice how the proletariat tends to win when we don’t engage in puritanical politics based off of red fascism.
I disagree. This just comes off as a half-truth. Mamdani actually is far and away the most pure candidate apart from Bernie Sanders in the whole of US politics.
what according to you is “puritanical politics based off of red facism”?
The people want inclusivity, better welfare for the working class people, better overall healthcare, debt-burden free education and we don’t want a government that’s corporate leaning, takes money from foreign interests, arrests citizens for no explainable reason, fucks up the planet for the profits of a few. We don’t want governments that support genocide, slavery or other atrocities at home or abroad.
Which part of this is “red facism”?

no… trying to live forever is capitalist. It’s in tune with injecting oneself with the plasma of youth, obssessing over telomeres and likewise being unwilling to let go of their insatiable life of greed

even aging is capitalist bullshit

that’s quite dishonest because LLMs have had all manner of facts pre-trained on it with datacenters all over the world catering to it. If you think it can learn in the real world without many many iterations and it still needs pushing and proding on simple tasks that humans perform then I am not convinced.
It’s like saying a chess playing computer program like stockfish is a good indicator of intelligence because it knows to play chess but you forgot that the human chess players’ expertise was used to train it and understand what makes a good chess program.
YES. I would federate a car. Not sure about other people.
