The one reason this weirds me out (without having seen these dolls tbf) is that it was decided something sex-related is too childlike and that somehow makes it illegal apparently? Like, what legal basis is there for it? I have never heard about any law prohibiting ‘too childlike’ appearance, let alone seen it applied.
I mean, have these people seen what’s going on in some (not to say many) anime? There are characters being explicitly sexualized, while being canonically underage. How is one thing okay and the other isn’t?

It wasn’t.

Honestly, sell it. Even if it’s not properly cleaned, you will find someone who’s into it.
They are a Mail provider. You can’t blame a mail provider for providing a mail service.
You are basically asking for them to make it seem like you send mail, but in reality you send the message via some other protocol when it’s send to Proton users. At that point you might as well not send mail at all.
As for their jurisdiction: The data protection laws changed after they were founded. They are also lobbying against them and have in fact threatened to stop investing in or even leave Switzerland.
Don’t hate the player. You can’t send mail with E2E encrypted headers and you can’t leave payment data and expect Proton to violate regulations and delete it.
Signal has to deal with neither of these issues.

NOT be able to […]
Spoiler: You are absolutely still able to :P

Well, if your posts reach other Lemmy instances, those don’t need to delete them just because you ask them to…

There is no LibreWolf for Android, there is IronFox tho

You could choose between chat and chat + stream ban before, why would you want a stream only ban?

How is it that I find everything cute when a cat does it?

I mean, at least you will have the brainrot without profiling, censorship and potentially clients that make it easier to get off the brainrot

It’s configurable.
I would be totally down for some trustworthy and transparent verification service that does not store or hand out your data. Since pretty much everyone will need to verify for whatever at some point, I think this would be awesome to have

The last couple updates made it better, but I wouldn’t exactly call Element a smooth experience. For example it recently began to try and access a keyring that doesn’t exist, ignoring the one that I already have readily available, and that works for everything else.
This is the latest in a long series of frustrating experiences with Matrix in general. To this day, Element isn’t stable, and Element X is somehow worse. It is, imo, a very promising option, but it is also far from perfect.

I have high hopes actually. Yes, they faced and are facing a lot of very frustrating trouble, but they are also much more aware of all sorts of issues. I picture the average Gen Alpha as sensitive, empathetic, passionate and nihilistic, which in sum isn’t a bad start imo.

You will never catch me!

If it is advenced theoretical CS, it is definitely not

They want to make Celestial on 18A, no?
I’m getting progressively more happy I think
