Same, I think that’s why it never was big, everyone just saw it as another 3rd person COD shooter. I played the game like 5 years after it was released and was totally blown away by the story. It’s mediocre gameplay but the story is so damn good.

Naa man, I’ve noticed it too. I think it’s because there are a lot of tankies realizing that they’re getting blocked by everyone else, so they jump to another instance to start all over. I have a lot more db0 users labeled as tankies, now than in the past.

So I did remember correctly.
That’s from Feb. So they’re having issues, since banks are not funding their shit like they hoped.

I think the cracks are starting to show daily at this point. Didn’t Oracle get denied funds from banks when they went to fund more DCs?

How has no one said a loaded baked potato.
Large large potato Stuffed with shredded chicken or pulled pork, bacon, sour cream, cheese, and chives, then bbq sauce or some hot sauce.
That’s perfect use for a potato.

When it first started linkedin was a good idea, now it’s just filled with FB equivalent posts about fake job titles and bullshit posts. It went from being a place for professionals to a place of half these people have no experience outside of door dash but want to say they’re a CEO of their own company.

The number of times I’ve heard this from people in the secops field is frighteningly high.

The average person puts their entire lives on Facebook or linkedin with their real names…they don’t give a shit.

No it’s not…but no sense in even saying anything to you as from your comments you’re a militant vegan…

Minus the cars being banned … people are not fat because they don’t want to be. Being fat is a choice, it requires you to take in more calories than you expend. If you eat only what you need, you don’t become obese. There is no magic food out there beating the laws of physics.

That’s fair, but dried beans, rice, and shelf stable produce have been available for a long time. I live in what’s considered a food desert and have access to flash frozen produce and fresh stuff.
https://www.ers.usda.gov/data-products/food-access-research-atlas/documentation
A large portion of what’s considered a food desert is not a food desert, just means you gotta drive further than the majority of people. Which is normal in rural areas. The USA is massive, and when you live in a rural county, you’re going to be driving. This doesn’t mean they’re lacking produce or fresh food or healthy food that’s not UPFs. It just means it’s a drive. I drive 14 miles to my nearest supermarket, and it’s got plenty of fresh foods, as do the majority of people who live in rural areas. I

But healthy food is not more expensive than processed junk. You can buy an entire tray of chicken breast for the cost of a single big mac meal. Rice, greens, all way cheaper than processed shit. I don’t know where this comes from that healthy food is more expensive, it’s just not. Processed food takes more energy/labor to create, it’s gonna cost more just from a logistics point.
I do agree it’s both. You vote with your wallet, you get up and move around, you eat less. It also doesn’t help that their is a huge HAES movement that promotes being obese like it’s not a health risk. Social media pushes that shit like mad…and also has people just sitting around doom scrolling for hours on end.

Obesity is the number one cause of death, and no one seems to be getting the message.

Perfect!

That’s like saying the wheel was invented thousands of years ago…you know what I’m talking about and are just being pedantic about it.

Yea that again, doesn’t negate what I’ve stated. Tiny increments throughout a technologies life is great, just like ICE vehicles, but it’s tech from the 70s and we need the next leap forward.

Those while are great are just pushing the tech in tiny increments. It’s still the same tech. Kinda like how ICE vehicles got better and better, but they still use non-renewable energy.
This tech we need, is the leap from ICE to electric vehicles…vs an old model T to a modern Corolla.

Sure but my note10+ is still running on its original battery with 86% life left on it. That’s 6 years of use and it’s still going strong

All of my google phones…minus the nexus 6 have had hardware issues, but now I’m looking at a pixel 9 pro xl and wanting to put Graphene on it…but damn
I’ve had a nexus 6p - battery went to shit in basically 2 years, nexus 5, same issue and power button fucked up, then I got a pixel xl2 and… fingerprint reader went out, power button only registers a press every like 40 times, and battery is complete shit.
Still running a note10+ on its original battery, but I think it’s time to update…but the bad taste from google has me scared for a repeat.
Payday 2 (dunno about 3 since it’s been called out for being a phone it home version of 2) but yea… you’re %100 not the good guy at all. You’re a thief robbing banks and peoples homes.
