Denmark is amazing. Especially in spring, when the beech trees sprout leaves in the most delicate green color.
Things just work here, food is good, the music scene is great, government is highly trustworthy, lots of jobs, lots of welfare. Yes, it could be better still, but I don’t know many places where it works nearly as well as here.

On the topic of Alex Garland, I’ve also researched Civil War (2024) three times. I love how both movies are so tight, not a scene or moment wasted.

I recommend reading Marcus Aurelius, he reflects on a lot of similar things I think. Nas it’s inherently interesting to read an ancient Roman emperor deal with the same doubts as a regular modern person.
Concretely, consider working around 40 hours instead, and spend some of the extra time meditating to tune out external expectations, while tuning in to your own short and long term goals.

Been moving country/city a few times. Tried to make sure to always do stuff in my free time where there would be girls around. Ended up on quite a few dates!
Dating is so much fun. I love meeting strangers in this weird pseudosexual tension when you don’t know eachother and you don’t know what’s gonna happen.
Even bad dates were fun experiences in terms of meeting interesting people. And if you realize that being happy alone is better than being in a bad relationship, a failed date is no problem.

QC has well-founded expected applications within chemistry, factorisation and optimization. Anything else is hyperbole at this point.
No serious quantum computer scientist or industry person would claim QC “solves everything”. Who is “they”?
The difference is that 10 years ago you needed billions of stable qubits, now you need 10k stable qubits.
And 10 years ago you had one or two stable qubits in the lab, now you have thousands.
