Is not realistic in 24h, it’s not realistic in even 1 year, but it should be the goal for the near future. It’s not about deleting 100% of it, it’s about having some resilience, own infrastructure and a more balanced relation with the US tech. US firms must respect EU law, must have investments in the EU, and EU companies must be relevant players in the US as well. If that’s not possible, than full autonomy, Chinese style, should be the goal.
