I’m just proud to know this. くそ。I feel so smart

I do. It keeps me off my phone and I can watch the shows I have on my list. And, when I suffer from nightmares, it provides me some comfort. But, then again, I still technically sleep with a night light despite my age so maybe I’m an exception.

While I was traveling with my mom, she was telling me about my uncle who is well off. Like we’re talking 10s of thousands of dollars. I always thought he was average like we are and very down to earth.

But, I then heard that having hundreds of dollars in his wallet at all times “isn’t enough” and that he is charging his own son to buy 1 of the 3 boats he has. Yeah, that completely changed how I saw my uncle.

Talking in person and my mouth moving faster than my mind. Stuttering and saying stupid things makes me just stay quiet most of the time.

That’s true, I never realized that I’m contradicting myself so that’s my bad. I dunno, I just wish it was easier to have a decent meal, get water, and live comfortably. Life is for living

I just want people to live comfortably and happy. Life is for living, no worrying about where your gonna get your next meal.

Yeah, I understand that. I just wish we didn’t need them in the first place. Like I said previously, we’re all floating on a giant rock in the middle of a giant void. It’s all we got for now. Why can’t we just live together and get along?

I get that we do need some restrictions on personal property. I wanna have a yard that I can do stuff on without someone trying to build a house 2 inches away from my back door or having a random person lay claim to my house.

I get that, but why countries? Why segregate two different people just because they speak a different language? Have a different culture? Sure, some bad apples might want to take advantage if we get rid of countries, but overall, I’d like to travel somewhere else where people do things differently instead of having to do passports, border guards giving me the third degree, and paying and paying and paying. We’re all part of this big rock floating in space. Why do we have to segregate each other?

Paying for our basic needs to stay alive and countries.

Don’t wanna starve? Gotta pay. Wanna stay hydrated? Gotta pay. Wanna stay out of the cold and sleep soundly? Gotta pay. I mean, it’s not like food doesn’t just grow on trees. It’s not like water falls from the sky. It’s not like a basic home wasn’t being sold be sears in bulk.

And another thing. Countries, properties, states, provinces, etc. People draw an imaginary line that we can’t see and everything in that line is there’s that no one can touch or use. “No! This piece of dirt is mine! I will charge you if you take one speck of my dirt!”

Absolutely insane.

Hm, the last major movie I saw was avatar 3 but I can’t watch 3d movies without wondering. First movie that comes to mind is the first gladiator movie. I can see why everyone liked it

I’m a production artist so now I can’t really watch a movie or play a video game or see a billboard or something without wondering how they did a certain thing or if I see a small continuity error or something wasn’t masked out properly. It doesn’t detract from the experience, in fact it adds to it. When I see something that amazes me, I think of how I can recreate that by developing new techniques or using a piece of software I’ve never used before. And, I take a mental note of how a story affected me and what part really affected me and I use that as a reference for my own things to reproduce that genuine feeling I have of wonder, excitement, sadness, or fear.

And, as an artist working in the industry, when I see stuff that other budding artists have done sure I can spot things that could be improved. But, I understand where they’re coming from. I’ve heard a quote that I took to heart “Never criticize, always encourage.” And, so that’s what I try to do.

I finally got paid for a big job I did and now my new computer that I’ve been looking at for the past year is on its way to me. And, I have enough to get some Asian food for dinner which I like.

I still remember when I became conscious, so to speak. I was 3 years old and I was sitting on a couch in my parents living room. My mom and dad were sitting on a couch opposite to me and also watching tv. It was night and the only light was from the tv. I specifically remember the room was bare since my mom and dad just moved in but my I can see my toy box underneath the big window on the opposite side of the room from me. It was a large blue bucket. Past that, I can’t remember a whole lot other than images.

So far. Meh. I broke down a couple days ago but have recovered over the weekend. Today I feel alright, tired all to hell and have to work but meh. Good news is I’m expecting to get paid from my freelancing job this week. Enough to buy myself the laptop I want so I’ve got that going, which is nice.

I have a bachelor’s but quite honestly, in my current job, I don’t need it. The only reason why I got it was just to have that shiny title on my resume. The job I have barely requires anything I learned in school and school was a lot harder than my current job. So, all in all, it’s a nice to have but not needed.
