I was helping a co-worker with their broken phone. Just saving the pictures from their phone to the computer.

Me: ‘OK, I’m just going to make a folder on the desktop for now. You can move it from there to wherever you want to keep them’

Co-worker: ‘I don’t think I have a desktop’

Maybe unrealated, but they are also the most pro-AI of my coworkers. Open to just asking chat gpt for worksheets for thier students…

Ive got a work iPad. There are ads in the calculator (plus a paid upgrade for like the smart pencil scribble math upgrade. Imagine paying $700 AUD for the cheapest iPad here in AUS, for a subscription fee for the calculator)

I’ve heard good things about the show, but that was my first episode I watched. Are they all this good?

I’m NEVER buying a Meta product. I’m just saying camera glasses is a cool idea. Shame that its tied being a terrible company.

And if you noticed, I only mentioned using it in my own home. Never out in public.

When I look at my game recordings, I can see my mistakes/places to improve.

If I see the steam overlay saying 150 minutes game time, its like “eh. Its long, but I had fun”. But if I see an over 2 hour clip of me not leaving my chair, that will make a bigger impact, reminding me how little I do every day

I wish I can look back at my entire day and see what I did. (It will mostly just be computer, kitchen and bathroom only, but still a cool idea)

I changed my mind

Ive been living in Outback Auatralia for almost 14 years. Got to visit Uluru once.

Took my breath away when it came into view. Over 1000km (thibknitsncloser to 1500km) away from the ocean. Middle of nowhere. A massive rock just sitting there. Of course you feel a spiritual connection.

I don’t fully understand the cultural significance behind it, but I 110% respect the owners of the land, and what they believe in.

Maaan, I love the internet.
