You mean just the letters/signs? Heliboard allows you to edit layout by just adding the letters you want. If those languages have their letters in UTF-8 you can add them to a layout

My OLED is going on 8 years now and it has no signs of burn in. I don’t watch TV with permanent station logos though, if that is something that your OLED would have to withstand
