Is it wrong that this is the one that creeps me out the most? The mere thought of trying to date someone even close to the age of one of my children, let alone younger than them? It’s enough to make my skin crawl.

The fact that she took one of those AIPAC affiliate sponsored fealty trips to Israel to tour the iron dome already had her way higher on my shit list on at least that issue even with Talarico still using all that “Israel has a right to defend itself” language and near as I can find has stopped short of calling it a genocide. Talarico at least has enough of a spine according to Drop Site News to call them atrocities and war crimes and supports banning offensive weapons which as far as I can find Crockett doesn’t. That seems like a pretty big difference and that’s just the first one I found with barely any digging.
But… if he’s actually to the left of her, isn’t that more important that just picking diversity for diversity’s sake? Like am I missing something here? If he’s actually to the left of her, why should she get the support?
That’s my understanding at least, yeah. That they’re only able to see the non-redacted versions of what has been cherry picked by DOJ for release and that 3m or whatever that hasn’t been released is still off limits to this.
Oh no you’re exactly right. Best I can tell it’s straight up “We’ll give you transparency,” but in a way that’s basically entirely unactionable by the members of Congress. Even if a dozen members go in and say they saw something in the files that contradicts the narrative, the regime will just say they’re lying and fight any subpoena for the files.
Until Congress starts actually impeaching and removing people for this, it’s basically nothing as far as I can tell. Unless I’m missing something huge here.
As I understand it, yes it is only what was released. Just them, no aides or staff, handwritten notes only, no electronics of any kind brought in, and by appointment only meaning their time with the files was also likely incredibly limited.

On yeah it’s insane to think they planned for him to get grazed in any version of this. Seems like the most plausible version of the “it was faked” theory is that the dude was supposed to be there, get off a shot and like hit something nearby at most and Trump getting injured at all was a total accident.

I thought by “faked” people usually meant “the guy never meant to actually hit him,” not “he didn’t shoot a real bullet,” or did I miss something in that discourse?
Like I thought that the idea for this theory was the bullet was supposed to just hit the teleprompter so he could be like “There was an attempt on my life,” and either it or a piece of glass from the prompter grazed his ear.
