I’ve been really passionate about space. My bday is on the anniversary of the moon landing, and my one aunt has always reminded me of the fact. My great grandfather worked for NASA and my aunt gave me his stargazing binoculars that his brother gave him when he got hired at NASA. That part of my family instilled a huge love of science in me, esp space stuff. I wanna go to space more than anything, but I don’t have the brains or constitution to be an astronaut. So I just daydream, stargaze, and write poems about the cosmos.

I wish every user was as good as you. The best users that I’ve encountered are my immediate family. I’ve trained them up over years and when they need my help, it’s not a nightmare lol

People are really fucking stupid. I work in IT. I’m a helpdesk tech at an MSP, and I see profound idiocy all day every day. People have no critical thinking skill and seem proud of the fact they don’t know shit about anything. People young and old say they’re tech illiterate like it’s a good thing.

PBS and Nova are good. Science Channel as well. Most vids are short but they put out some banger full length documentaries every so often.

History Time is also really good. The length of the vids can be hella long.

The whole thing was so traumatic that I repressed the memories for five years as a survival mechanism. I middle/high school the best sub was rumored to live out of the back of his station wagon and had cardboard boxes to extend the back of it for extra shelter. It didn’t help that the man embraced the rumor.

He once shared some pie with me when I was having a small breakdown in an empty room senior year due to my severe depression and from being bullied severely. He just offered me pie and we sat in silence and each ate a piece and then went on our way. It was nice.

You’re welcome! Running a boarding stable is a nightmare. I’ll stick to one horse lol. She’s expensive enough lol. She’s 26, and will be turning 27 in September. I’m hoping to get her to 30. She also may be able to be ridden again if the vet gives it the okay. I’ll find out that when spring vet checks happen lol.
