Fringe. Best Sci-Fi ending that wraps back around to an episode that broke the show open. The last season getting there is kind of rough. But the first 4 seasons are solid.
I got in an argument with a toaster and now I lost a bet and I’m here just to get my house back.

The war room was actually much more high tech than their war room at the time. They realized they needed to invest in computers. Fast.

I am one of them. I only use it for comms for gaming. The rest doesn’t matter to me.

No. They want loyalty to protect their needs. It has shit to do with protecting the people.

Says the guy that won’t support Linux. Fuck the completely off.

They shouldn’t have done their update today then. My fonts look like ass.

That was actually my last project. I did an industrial kind of thing where it was all me. But it didn’t go anywhere and I had done it for 20 years. I had enough time to walk away. Plus then my son was born and jumping from city to city just wouldn’t be responsible.

At 9 I played violin.
I played guitar for 20 years (started at 10) in a somewhat successful few metal/hardcore/screamo bands.
I sang with some of the bands. I picked up bass and piano along the way. Can kinda play drums. Basic beats and understand most of the connections.
If I was to do it all again I would play bass. Probably the most intuitive for me. But it’s hard to say that the others didn’t lead to bass just seeming natural. But it was fun.
The only entertainer that really hits me hard still to this day. Maybe it’s because I grew up in SF. Maybe it’s because he was ALWAYS in great movies since I was a kid. From comedies to dramas, he was just a phenomenal talent. How he gave back to the city and the homeless. It just sucks that someone that helped so many felt so helpless in the end.
Hired for a “warehouse supervisor” position. Not a huge warehouse but not a big deal. Probably 5-10 drivers. I was a truck driver with a degree. They took me on routes to see what they could do. I would “supervise” them once I had learn how they operate. Come to find out it’s a married couple that runs the joint. The wife was the main supervisor and dispatcher. The husband was the most senior driver and the cushiest of routes.
Needless to say I stayed 2 weeks and left.
