First of all it is necessary so we don’t have to eventually stack on top of each other to fit on this planet.

I could not imagine reading longer texts on my phone. I always send everything to my iPad and even then, screens are anti-relaxing to me. E-paper is fine but I prefer real books. Alternatively audio books for long car rides but that’s usually reserved for music and podcasts.

I never cooked anything in the past. A good friend/neighbor joked about my eating habits while we went grocery shopping together and that inspired me. One day I set myself a challenge to only eat home cooked meals for 4 weeks. I used an app with simple and very easy to follow recipes (KptnCook from Germany). It was tough but I learned a lot and I realized my potential. Since then I usually cook 3-4 times a week, often more than I need so I have leftovers. I love it!

I was never into speedrunning anything. My father is crazy fast with Hexcells though. He bought a new mouse just for this game!

True, the first one you have to guess. Windows Minesweeper is far from perfect.

I also never heard anyone say „I marioed that“ or „I minecrafted that“. It’s also a completely different game. So not sure where you’re going with this comparison.

Norsemen was a great series but I understand why people didn’t get into it or even tried it. The humor is very special and maybe takes a little time to settle. It all feels like the cast didn’t know what’s going on and was making it up on the go, which is part of the fun.

Another one: Minesweeper. I feel like most people never understood how this game even works and just clicked randomly until something exploded. It’s actually purely logical! In the classic Windows version there is unfortunately always a high chance to encounter fields that can’t be solved by logic. This is what Mineswifter solves. If you want something more complex, there is the Hexcells series. Get the last one, Infinite, as it has a puzzle generator integrated.

Our Flag means Death was so good! It is a tragedy that it was canceled. Taika had one more season planned and it was very popular. Seems like the higher ups didn’t like that it was too woke.

Some of the others are 90% there on quality, which is enough for me to ditch Lego. I can’t accept their insane pricing anymore and the color consistency is also getting worse.

If you mean flying cars that will replace regular cars, I don’t think anyone ever tried it really. There have been prototype cars with wings but no one took that seriously. More recently what everyone keeps trying is drones as taxis but I hope that fails because I don’t want that noise pollution.

On average between 400 and 450 euros. I live alone, do home cooking (mostly), vegetarian or vegan and I rarely look at prices when I shop groceries. Only if the final amount is surprisingly high I look at the receipt and will adjust my decisions next time.
