Open Source Electric vehicles here we come!

This makes me want open source community-made vehicles. Who else is with me on that?

Time for opensourcevehicles and opensourcetransit to become a thing. I’m one of many people interested in doing that. Anyone have spitball ideas on how to go about doing that?

Trying to think up some simpler first projects, how to get it funded, and how to get a community for that up and running

Also, some people were interested in making opensourcebusiness community. If anyone is still interested then please do it there was 7 people I remember that were interested at the time for that

Edit: Would be cool for people to get community projects made for bikes, electric bikes, bike-cars, cars, VTOL’s, and way more overtime. Trams, trolleys, trains, high speed rail, airplanes, submarines, airships, etc

1. The community has to market in various ways in spare time if they want better for platform and more people to come in. Was thinking growing an animation and anime portion of the community to create visuals would be great way to get people as one way.

2. Partnering with schools and community events to demonstrate how easy it is to use for certain beginner friendly distros will be massive with each event done. Thats true on the gui, checkpoints on updates, and safe mode thing too. Wonder which distros would implement latter 2.

3. The public view is changing on that. Even YouTube has been pushing Linux in the algorithm and people talking about how easier it is. The new problem point mainly is modding and games that need anti-cheat

Agreed we gotta let New Yorkers know about this because it will inspire the rest of the country when they make theirs as well and eventually when the country is regained by people and overhauled we will all be the ones riding them so… We might as well get him to hear and take that into account all we are saying as suggestions and things to avoid to make it way better. We need those gen ai companies that are not ethical and hurting creators to die out. Any company that respects the creators and their choices are good. Do we know of any gen AI organization/open source project that is actually moral? It can be a boon to creators instead of taking away from them

Or not very in tune with everything. I learned about all this couple months ago from shitty upbringing keeping me isolated for long time. Depends what kept people knowing about all this. There are some people I know that never heard of all this too because they just focus on living their life day by day
