Biden’s administration did not propose, plan or execute the missions. It was done by Nasa. Artemis missions where established by Trump’s space policy directives on his first term in 2017 and while Biden endorsed the program, he also proposed budget cuts to it.
While I’m all in for Trump bashing, there is enough real dirt on Trump that we don’t really have to invent facts.

The President can veto it if he doesn’t like it. Constantly lowering our standards to give mediocrities like Biden a pass is what got us to this point, it’s bad when Trump talks about wanting to cut spending but it is also bad when Biden actually cuts spending whether he said he wanted to or not.

- This cut was imposed by Congress, because Republicans who controlled the House wanted to make cuts so it was a compromise, Biden proposal didn’t cut NASA budget but increased it
- Even with the cuts, this budget for NASA was still 9% bigger than NASA’s budget at the end of 1st trump term, because Biden bumped it up earlier
- The 47% cut to NASA science budget is proposed by trump, it haven’t got through congress yet, which could potentially cut it further, it’s also cut after cut to the budget in 2026
