They should be sued by the government for false advertising, and be forced to remove “News” from their name. They can be Fox Politics, or Fox Opinion, or the Fox Conservative Propaganda Machine, but they should be prohibited from using the word news in the name of their company.
Yep, they’ve even admitted to it, and used it to defend themselves in more than one defamation case. Since they acknowledge that they aren’t an authentic news outlet, they should be forced to remove it from their name.

Faux News was sued for defamation, their defense was “First amendment rights” and were deemed to be entertainment more than news.
