minus-squareJay101@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up1arrow-down2·13 days agoIt is as good generalisation as all Germans like beer. Obviously not everyone does, but it is good enough of generalisation.
minus-squareDeadDigger@lemmy.ziplinkfedilinkarrow-up2·edit-213 days agoWell except they don’t. Beer consumption declined so much that nearly all breweries started Softdrink lines because the sales dwindle so much. https://www.nytimes.com/2025/11/22/world/europe/germany-alcohol-consumption-breweries.html Basically l Only 40% of the population is even liking beer. And a lot of this is demographics too, because Germans under 30 only drink a tenth of the previous generations alcohol consumption. Beer is dying in germany
minus-squareJay101@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up1arrow-down1·13 days agoMy explanation still stands. Lets say only 40% display superiority complex. That’s still alot. The generalisation still stands.
