No idea but, here in australia this is a strange dynamic.
In general I dont talk to people about politics. Like 90% of people I know its just easier not to say anything about politics at all ever.
5% i know are conservative so just politely avoid the topic.
The remaining 5% are closer friends with whom I regularly discuss politics.
The fuel crisis is kind of uniting though - you can talk about that with anyone provided you don’t go too far up the chain of “what caused this”.
I work in a servo and most people are aware Trump caused it. Some people blame our government but most bitch about Trump.
