I’ve got some ideas myself but I haven’t been very happy with them. It would have to be a younger actor, otherwise Michael Imperioli (who played Chris on The Sopranos) would be damn near perfect.

It’s hard to come up with someone having no idea what his demeanor is like.
Let the screenwriter and director worry about his demeanor. Casting is about the look.
