EFTA00013180 is a press release draft on the death of Epstein but is dated as August 9th. Epstein died August 10th. Cannot be a typo as the draft also states Friday (August 10th 2019 was a Saturday)

Key difference which seems that the draft was indeed made before his actual death is the serial.
The 19-XXX place holder in the drafts with the 9th as date, show that the draft was prepared the day of the 9th, and then reprinted the day after now with the official release number.
Why does this appear so many times in the files? Why would a draft have even been printed (twice)? Why all the haphazard redactions of the FBI staff names?
