Gold. It’s not money. But I can sell it and get just about anything else in this thread.

I’m nearly 50. But luckily I did martial arts for 15 years and so during that time frame from my late twenties through my '30s and early '40s I was very active I biked many many miles a day I ran I did martial arts I did a lot of things to keep me active. I now work a very active job in the IT construction industry building new restaurants businesses stores etc so I’m always moving lifting ladders things like that while I don’t actively exercise I exercise every single day. People doubt that I’m 50. People doubt that I have a grandchild and a second one on the way. People doubt that I have kids that are old enough to be married with kids. It’s not only good genetics but it’s also that I stayed active the entire time. And never became sedentary and never became one of those people that just waited for something else to happen.

Well I mean a lot of that’s on you. You overworked yourself for some sort of self-gratification. You then paid money to the company for worthless stock in their company because you still somehow believed in them. I mean so many things here that you did wrong when you should have just accepted that startups often fail and the majority do and never go anywhere. And so at that point you just walk away and go find to the next thing.

Anybody in tech knows that this is the norm. In fact most people in tech usually jump jobs to be able to find a raise or get better package or anything like that. Anybody that has been working for a company for years and years and years is kind of becoming a unicorn.

Companies like this have always had layoffs and hirings. It’s the eb and flow of business. We have had a great amount of these, but the AI cracks are showing, and a rehiring will happen.

4 weeks base pay. Plus up to 26 weeks based off years of service. So a long term employee can get up to 30 weeks of pay. Hell 4 weeks alone is better the 90% of employers.

How is up to 30 weeks of pay bad? About most people would kill for this kind of payout.

I know we need helium. But we need little don to lose even more.

That’s all idiotic statement.

I need more happy birthday balloons.

Let’s fucking go! I’m so rooting for Iran.

The infrastructure to build and run would be enormous in most of the US. In smaller, more compact countries, sure. But in the area I live, I couldn’t imagine this.

Just to the government.

The last 2 years only 100w, but I can increase it up this year.

Solar is important for my use. I Boondock so I’m away from power for up to a week at a time. I would love to stop bringing my generator.

Have you ever tried running a small coffee maker off of one of those? I’ve been trying to decide what power supply I’m replacing my battery system in my pop-up trailer with and I didn’t want to go with anything that was too large or takes up too much space. But this looks like for price it’s near perfect for my use case. The only thing I’m ever curious about is will it run my coffee maker in the morning. And what kind of charging are you using for it? Do you run solar off of it?

I mean it depends on what you’re used for a UPS is. The smaller ones can still be had on Amazon for under $100 and if you hurry you could still get that pricing. But by the sounds that those ones are going to be jumping way up in price for no reason because literally those are useless to anybody in the Enterprise level. Unless they’re being used at a desktop level which they do tend to purchase pallets worth of but this is more along the lines of Enterprise server level UPS’s.

Yes yes they do. In fact most UPS’s from small desk ones all the way up all used lead acid not lithium ion. Lithium ion batteries are far more expensive.
It’s so much fun. You let your kids go and they go crazy, also I do, but they do and don’t get in trouble.
