The Democrats started their slow decline when they put Truman as FDR’s VP. Pushing out the left wing part of the party that gave it massive electoral power for a generation.
I used to believe the centrist idea that America needs a strong Republican Party and a strong Democratic Party.
The GOP actively calls all democrats and liberals enemies, demons, terrorists, etcetera while giving the billionaires all on our public wealth, tax breaks and subsidies.
America does not need the GOP at all.
It’s called education. People become educated to be better and more productive workers with a strong understanding of research, critical thinking, individual vs team work, languages, cultural differences, etcetera.
Every job is very specific. The job training itself is supposed to happen at that job in some way. Doctors have residency. Lawyers do time as a clerk. Electricians have apprenticeships. Cops have 5 week training.
Yes, businesses want children indoctrinated into the products that make them money.
Also, businesses want job training to be done in schools at the expense of education. I’ve talked to many people that seriously think that college is supposed to be entry-level job training. That kind of thing was always part of what new hires learn in entry-level jobs.
I worked with a guy that told me that he would start shooting Democratic politicians if his wife left him. He was a hardcore Republican Mormon from Orange County, CA.
Are all these companies going to go bankrupt when the AI bubble pops and their products flood the market?
Apple App Store and Google Play stores have a market duopoly. They should be forced to forfeit all or most of its fees.
A business is not fair use. They’re taking someone’s intellectual property and using it to make their product useful.
Will they be sued per book?
Avoid spending trillions on a product nobody wants to pay for.
Qualcomm and Meta? Two technology companies that I want zero products from.

Ambulances should have a traffic camera that gets verified by human traffic officers and sends fines to anyone not moving out of the way.
