Ireland is part of the EU and has pretty good politics for a european country. Outside of them you are pretty much spot on though. Spain’s international relations have been decent since 1982 iirc. Better than most atleast. They are still part of NATO, host US military bases (who fucking doesn’t anymore lets be honest), and invade the imperial periphery sometimes so it isn’t fantastic. “Left” might be a generous attribution here.

Edit: so I looked up the wikipedia list of wars involving Spain and holy fucking god it is LONG. I expected an extensive list don’t get me wrong but I did not expect numerous full seconds of scrolling.
